How the Procedure Works Microneedling: Tiny needles create controlled micro-injuries in the skin to stimulate collagen production.

Application of PRP: PRP (rich in PDGF) is applied topically or injected into the treated areas.

Microneedling with PRF

Microneedling with PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) is an advanced skin rejuvenation treatment that combines microneedling—a procedure using fine needles to create micro-injuries in the skin—with PRF, a concentrated component of your blood rich in growth factors and healing cells.

What Is PRF? PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) is a second-generation version of PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma). It’s derived from your own blood and contains: Platelets White blood cells Fibrin matrix (a scaffolding for healing) Mesenchymal stem cells (in small amounts) Compared to PRP, PRF releases growth factors more slowly and for a longer period—enhancing tissue regeneration.

How the Procedure Works: Blood Draw: A small amount of your blood is drawn and spun in a low-speed centrifuge to isolate the PRF. Microneedling: A microneedling device (like a Dermapen or SkinPen) is used on your face to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin. PRF Application: The PRF is applied topically or injected into the skin. The microchannels from microneedling help the PRF absorb deeply.

Hyfrecator

Hyfrecator treatment is a form of electrocautery or the use of electrical energy burning instead of excision. It involves the use of a tiny needle equipped with an electrical probe that burns off skin lesions and skin tags when inserted into the skin. These are low-power levels of electricity that will not injure the surrounding skin or deeper layers of skin tissue.

Treatment of: Skin tags, Milia, Vascular lesions including (cherry angiomas, and telangiectasia).

Who can benefit from hyfrecator treatment: Almost any patient bothered by the appearance of benign skin lesions can benefit from hyfrecator electrosurgery. However, those who are pregnant/ breastfeeding or have a pacemaker are NOT candidates for this procedure. Those with uncontrolled arrhythmia, hypotension (less than 90/50 mm Hg), or uncontrolled hypertension, and those who have had a stroke within the last 6 months are advised against having hyfrecation.
