    Book a 15 min full facial assessment by one of our providers. If there is availability in the day, there can be same day treatment. There is a $25 fee for consultations.

    Consultation Policy:
    If time permits and you choose to book and complete your treatment on the same day as your consultation, your consultation fee will be applied toward the cost of your treatment.

  • All bookings will require a credit card to be on file, there will be no charge, unless client is a no show.

    We gladly accept cash, all major credit cards, CareCredit, and Cherry Financing for your convenience.

    Save 2% when you pay with cash! As a thank-you for choosing cash, you'll receive a 2% discount on your purchase.

    If you choose Cherry Financing, applicable financing and processing fees may apply based on your selected payment plan. Our team is happy to help you explore your financing options and answer any questions before your purchase.

  • Modern Aesthetics requests at least 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. We will send a text and email reminder 48 hours in advance to remind you of your appointment. Please understand these appointments are very difficult to refill last minute or within less than 48 hours notice. Last minute cancellations directly affect our provider’s livelihood so please schedule wisely. At time of booking, there will be a prompt to store credit card information. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours will incur a non-refundable $50.00 charge added to your credit card.

Booking Your Appointment

To reserve your appointment, a credit card must be on file. This helps us honor your time and allows us to best serve all of our clients.

  • No charge if you arrive for your scheduled appointment.

  • A credit card is required to book.

Credit cards used to hold your booking are not kept on file or used for payment.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule:

48+ HOURS NOTICE
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with no charge.

LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE
A $50 cancellation fee will apply for any cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice due to provider being unable to get rebooked.

This policy allows our providers time to offer the opening to another client.
